Terms of Service

1. What SendFromChat is

SendFromChat is software for sending and receiving WhatsApp Business messages through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API: templates, contact lists, bulk sends, an inbox, auto-replies, chatbot flows and drip sequences, operated from a dashboard or from AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Gemini) over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

SendFromChat is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your login and API keys secret. A connector URL or API key works like a password — anyone who has it can act on your workspace. Regenerate it immediately if it leaks.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including actions an AI assistant takes after you connect it.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your WhatsApp Business account and Meta

• You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. You must accept and follow Meta's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Solution Terms.
• Meta charges you directly for template messages, billed to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account at Meta's rates. Our prices do not include Meta's charges and we do not collect them.
• Meta decides template approvals, messaging limits, quality ratings and any restriction or ban of your number. We can't override those decisions and aren't responsible for them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SendFromChat to:

• message anyone who hasn't given you permission (opt-in) to contact them on WhatsApp, or keep messaging someone who has opted out;
• send spam, bought or scraped contact lists, deceptive content, phishing, malware, or harassment;
• promote goods or services WhatsApp's Commerce Policy prohibits, or anything illegal where you or your recipients are;
• collect sensitive data (such as card numbers or passwords) through messages or flows;
• probe, overload or attack the service, get around its limits, or access other customers' data;
• resell or white-label SendFromChat without our written agreement.

SendFromChat honours opt-outs automatically (replies like STOP), but you remain responsible for having permission to message your contacts. We may suspend sending or accounts that break these rules or put the platform's standing with Meta at risk.

5. Free trial, plans and payment

• New workspaces get a free trial of 30 days with the limits shown on the Pricing page. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• After the trial, sending requires a paid monthly plan. Plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until you cancel. If you don't choose a plan, sending pauses; your data is kept.
• Each plan includes a number of WhatsApp numbers and messages per month. When the monthly allowance is used, sending pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next billing month.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and may collect applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to its terms.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Early access

SendFromChat is new and still changing. Features may change, and the service is provided without uptime commitments. We may end a free trial early if it's being misused (for example, for spam).

7. Your content and data

You own the content you put into SendFromChat — contacts, templates, messages and flows — and you give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use that data, including your contacts' phone numbers. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI assistants

When you connect an AI assistant, it can take the same actions you can — including sending messages that count against your plan's allowance. The assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms; we don't control what it decides to do. Review what it proposes before confirming sends, especially bulk sends.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using SendFromChat and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or create legal or security risk — with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment owed, disclaimers, limits of liability) continue after the account ends.

10. Disclaimers

SendFromChat is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and secure but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any message will be delivered — delivery depends on Meta, WhatsApp and the recipient.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data or a restricted WhatsApp number), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose, or US$100 if greater. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against us by third parties (including your recipients or Meta) that result from your messages, your data, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll give notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India, without taking away any consumer protections you have where you live.
