Free trial

Every workspace gets 30 days free — every feature except teams, 1 WhatsApp number, up to 1,000 messages you start. No card needed. Teams are part of every paid plan: pick a plan during the trial and your remaining trial days carry over, so it costs nothing until the trial ends.

Every plan includes every feature, team features included. Seats come with the plan — no per-seat charges. See Pricing.

Subscribe on the Billing page, or ask your assistant to upgrade you — it gives you a secure checkout link and you pay on the payment provider's page, never in the chat. Days left on your trial carry over. Change plan, update your card or cancel from Manage subscription.

What counts as a message

Only messages you start: template messages — bulk sends, drip sequence steps, and templates sent from the dashboard, your assistant or the API. Replies are never counted: answering people in the inbox or from chat, auto-replies and chatbot flow messages are unlimited on every plan. Meta's own service-message limit still applies separately: 1,000 free a month per business phone number, then Meta charges (Meta pricing page, checked 23 Oct 2026). Incoming messages are free, and failed sends don't count.

Meta's charges are separate

Meta bills its per-message charges to your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta's rates — we don't mark them up. (WhatsApp API pricing.)

When you reach a limit

• Allowance used: new template sends pause with a clear message in the dashboard and in chat; replies to people who write in keep working. Queued bulk sends and sequences wait and resume automatically after you upgrade (or when the next month starts).
• Trial ended: all sending pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.
• Seats: at your plan's seat limit, remove a teammate or cancel a pending invite before inviting someone else.
• Numbers: only connected numbers count. At your limit, remove a number (its history stays) or swap it for another with Use a different number; reconnecting an existing number never counts.
• API messages: templates count like any other; replies don't; test-key calls never do.
